Meet Juli and Jeff :)  They are one of the sweetest couples.  They are best friends who truly enjoy being together and are totally in love, it doesn't get any better than that!  

These two are getting married tomorrow (wahooooo!) and we cannot wait to be there with them to capture their special day as it unfolds.  We got together in Hoboken for their Engagement photos a while back on a gorgeous sunny day, here's a selection of photos from the day...

NJ Baby Photographer | Rutherford, NJ | Elijah's First Birthday

Meet Elijah.  Turning one is a big milestone for a baby.  So as his first birthday was approaching, his Mommy Melissa gave us a call to set up a portrait session with him to celebrate this special time.  We've been photographing the Perlman family for a few years now, which is always a blast.  Here's a few portraits from 2010 when Elijah was a new edition to the family...

Big brothers Brody & Aaron are definitely excited to have a new baby brother!

Melissa is one luck woman to be surrounded by such handsome men :)

And now fast forward about a year to see how much this little guy has grown...

He loves his blue baby blanket, so of course we had to have it in a few photos :)

There's something about a simple portrait against a wood floor that feels so classic to me

Elijah was very interested in seeing what was going on outside the window (we get a ton of action on Park Ave with cars, buses and fire trucks!)

Meet Madison & Taylor.  Their Mommy Coleen came to us to have portraits of the girls taken as a surprise gift to her husband.  These little sweeties are two of the most affectionate and adorable girls I have ever met.  I got hugs before, during and at the end of our session from them :)

Taylor had about a 10 second moment right at the start of the session, but quickly recovered after a round of twinkle twinkle little star

They even ran over and gave Mommy some hugs as well...seriously how cute are they!

This last shot was created by me simply asking Madison to give Taylor a hug...the rest of what unfolded in the seconds that followed was strictly improv.  Moments like this are why I adore photographing children so much!
